Killing Hope

I just got home from San Francisco. I got a number of used books, but one of the coolest is 'Killing Hope' by William Blum. It's subject is 'Military and CIA interventions since WWII'. I've read some Chomsky books on the subject, which are great, but (from the little I've read so far) I like 'Killing Hope' better somehow. I think it's because of how it's more raw information as opposed to Chomsky who, being a Lingustics professor, is more artful with his words. For FREE, you can read a surprisingly large amount of 'Killing Hope' here.

"Everyone's worried about stopping terrorism. Well, there's a really easy way: Stop participating in it." - Noam Chomsky
